| Siegel-Crosson Family Trip to Sanibel Island, Winter 2008 |
| We loved the house. It is filled with light and space, comfort and graciousness. In prior trips to Sanibel, we ate out a lot. Here, we wanted to stay home and enjoy the house and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced so as to allow for privacy and quiet and porches make things naturally flow towards the outdoors. We put guests in the downstairs apartment and they loved the sense of space and freedom. During one week with children and grandchildren as guests, we put them on the main floor and the single among us moved downstairs. It worked well that way too. It was fun to hear the sounds of dolphins, pelicans and manatee from close by. It was great to be able to make a cup of coffee and have the use of a refrigerator and TV in the apartment.
